Overview

As a Customer Experience Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be the main point of contact for all matters relating to customers, order management and improvement initiatives. The Customer Experience Coordinator analyses customer feedback and works closely with various departments to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Customer Experience Coordinator (m/f/d) reports to the EMEA Customer Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order processing in SAP (all technologies)

  • Tracking late payments and monitoring payments and debt collection

  • Ensuring payment security, including applying for credit lines, internal risk enquiries and monitoring the financial approval of orders

  • Processing complaints and credit notes

  • Creating customers in SAP, maintaining the customer hierarchy, maintaining specific requirements in master data, entering price lists in SAP

  • Ensuring proper planning of order requirements, monitoring compliance with deadlines (production and transport) and tracking the outstanding order backlog

  • Maintaining relationships with customers and the sales team, as well as cross-departmental collaboration

  • Acceptance of sample orders

Qualifications and skills

  • Successful completion of commercial apprenticeship

  • 2 to 3 years’ professional experience in customer experience or customer service is desirable

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach

  • Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, CRM systems

  • Strong customer focus, a keen eye for quality and a meticulous approach to work

  • High level of flexibility, openness to change and the ability to adapt quickly to new or unforeseen situations

  • Excellent command of German and English

  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
