PROPEX Erosion control

In 2008, TC Energy installed a gas pipeline under the St. Maurice River. Erosion and instability on steep slopes led to the installation of PROPEX^® Armormax^®, which continues to provide long-term stabilization with a natural, vegetated solution.

The Bell Middle School's steep landfill slope faced erosion issues, causing soil to wash into nearby homes. The geocell used for stabilization failed, so the school district replaced it with PROPEX Pyramat 75, a high-performance turf mat.

Red Hill Landfill in Northern California stabilized a failed slope using the PROPEX Armormax  system with PROPEX Pyramat 75 HPTRM and B3 anchors, enhancing safety and erosion control.
