Solmax Appoints Olivia Schmidt as President, Americas

Solmax announces the appointment of Olivia Schmidt as President, Americas, reinforcing the company’s focus on disciplined growth and commercial execution across the region.

Olivia brings extensive experience leading global commercial organizations and driving performance in complex, multi-market environments. She has a strong track record of strengthening commercial disciplines, enhancing customer engagement, and delivering measurable growth through structured, performance-driven approaches.

In her previous role, she led global commercial functions—including sales, marketing, and product development—for a multi-site organization, overseeing teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
