Overview
The Production Operator is directly involved in the manufacturing of geotextiles. They ensure machine feeding, monitor the production process, and perform first-level quality control. This role operates in a technical industrial environment requiring rigor and strict adherence to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
Ensure the proper supply of raw materials to the production line
Monitor machine operations throughout the process
Perform visual quality checks (weight, appearance, thickness)
React to simple anomalies and report any malfunctions
Carry out first-level maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments) and general cleaning tasks
Comply with all safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required skills
Experience in an automated industrial environment (textile, plastics, food industry, etc.)
Basic understanding of technical instructions
Good mechanical aptitude and technical curiosity
Ability to learn a complex technical process
Strong teamwork spirit and commitment to quality work
Reliability, punctuality, and vigilance
Working Conditions
Shift work in a 3×8 rotation (continuous process)
Noisy industrial environment
