Position overview
The Global Lead – Employee Experience is responsible for designing and advancing a globally unified, people-centric strategy that defines how employees experience Solmax—from attraction to exit. This role plays a key part in positioning the organization as an employer of choice by aligning talent attraction, onboarding, development, and engagement practices under one cohesive strategy. Sitting at the intersection of organizational development, talent management, and talent acquisition, this role develops scalable, culturally adaptable frameworks to build a compelling and consistent employee journey across regions, in alignment with global business growth talent needs and in partnership with regional HR, business leaders, and CoEs.
Key responsibilities
Global employee experience strategy
Lead the development of an integrated employee experience strategy spanning all lifecycle moments: attraction, onboarding, growth, retention, and exit.
Build and evolve a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that reflects our culture, values, and strategic goals, ensuring it is embedded across all employee touchpoints.
Create and activate frameworks for recognizing and embedding company culture into daily experience and leadership behaviors.
Design and oversee globally diverse and inclusive engagement and well-being programs (e.g., engagement campaigns, employee resource groups, wellness and community initiatives) and translate employee insights into data-informed action plans with global and regional stakeholders.
Talent lifecycle design & enablement
Design and enable end-to-end employee lifecycle solutions that are globally consistent and locally relevant:
Strategic and proactive workforce planning, talent attraction and onboarding
Learning and upskilling - competency and career framework (role clarity and career pathways)
Feedback mechanisms and performance enablement
Transitions, internal mobility and exit experience
Assessment and feedback mechanisms to support talent identification, leadership development, team effectiveness, and hiring decisions.
Talent management & organizational development
Co-create and implement global frameworks for performance management, succession planning, leadership development, internal mobility, and career growth.
Design and integrate learning moments across the employee journey in collaboration with L&D: Ensure all onboarding, manager development, and career progression experiences are aligned with present and future workforce needs and personal growth goals.
Design organizational learning and development programs that enhance leadership, team effectiveness, and change management towards a learning organization.
Toolkits, advisory & metrics
Design and oversee employee experience platforms and dashboards, including HRMS, employee surveys and interviews, and talent acquisition systems, and LMS to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Develop and deploy tools, templates, and playbooks to guide regional teams in experience implementation.
Establish global EX metrics and dashboards to monitor experience impact and ROI.
Qualifications and skills
7-10 years in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience, preferably in a global or matrixed scope.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Demonstrated success designing and implementing strategic talent initiatives across functions, geographies, and cultures.
Deep understanding of employee lifecycle design, strategic L&D, and performance enablement.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align global strategies with local execution.
Experience in design thinking, journey mapping, and employee feedback analysis preferred.
