Overview
The Marketing Communications Coordinator – Events (EMEA) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events across the EMEA region. The role is responsible for managing events from brief to delivery, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and corporate communications standards. The position acts as a coordination point between commercial leaders, regional marketing team members, and the Global Corporate Communications team. This is a hands-on, development-oriented role suited to a motivated individual who is eager to learn, takes direction well, and is ready to contribute to structured and professional event delivery.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of EMEA events, including planning, logistics, execution, and follow-up
Support the development and maintenance of the EMEA events calendar in alignment with commercial priorities
Act as a liaison between EMEA commercial leaders, Regional marketing team members and Global Corporate Communications
Ensure all events are aligned with corporate brand, messaging, and communication standards
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., venues, agencies, suppliers)
Support preparation of event materials (presentations, signage, digital assets, communication elements)
Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and consistent execution
Support pre- and post-event communications to maximize engagement and visibility
Maintain event documentation, templates, and planning tools to ensure consistency and repeatability
Track event outcomes and support basic reporting on participation and feedback
Ensure compliance with internal processes, brand guidelines, and governance standards
This role is not exclusively events and will develop into other marketing communication activities which are adjacent to the role
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing communications, event coordination, or a related field
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams
Comfortable working in a regional, matrixed environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Interest in event management, marketing communications, and corporate branding
Demonstrates willingness to learn and openness to feedback
Takes direction and follows through on assigned tasks
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Collaborative and supportive team contributor
