Overview
Reports to the Foreman (Team Leader), the Production Agent works in a team to ensure the continuous operation of an extrusion-coating-needle-punching, cutting, and rolling line, while maintaining product quality, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
Follow QHSE guidelines and report any deviations or incidents.
Support for external companies working on site, particularly in the context of regulatory inspections.
Assist with line setup (raw materials and packaging components).
Restock the workstation as needed.
Assist the operator in starting up and shutting down the line.
Monitor the process (extrusion, coating, needling, rolling).
Inspect the visual and physical quality of the product (appearance and dimensions: width, diameter, etc.).
Regularly clean the work areas of the station.
Help with weekly cleaning and during scheduled shutdowns.
Qualifications
Education: CAP/BEP-level diploma or equivalent experience in industrial production. On-the-job training will be provided upon starting the position. Opportunities for career advancement.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an automated industrial environment (textiles, plastics, food processing, etc.). Ability to learn complex technical processes, mechanical aptitude, and technical curiosity.
Behavioral skills: Adherence to safety guidelines, reliability, punctuality, attentiveness, teamwork, and communication skills in a shift work environment.
Mandatory use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Shift work in a 5×8 continuous operation, based on a 6-day cycle
