Role Summary

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating compelling, audience-focused content that strengthens brand positioning, supports trade show initiatives, and drives engagement across multiple platforms. This role collaborates closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and regional teams to deliver high-quality marketing materials that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish content such as case studies, white papers, blog posts, and product sheets.

  • Create engaging social media content that reflects brand voice and strategy.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging and technical accuracy across all marketing channels.

  • Collaborate with internal experts to produce accurate and insightful materials.

  • Manage marketing calendars and project timelines to ensure timely execution.

  • Support internal communications and employee branding initiatives.

  • Assist in planning and organizing Solmax University programs and customer training sessions.

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows and related events.

  • Provide support to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Engineering Business Managers (EBMs) for demo days and offsite training activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong storytelling ability.

  • 1–3 years of technical writing experience (preferred).

  • Ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences and platforms.

  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to shift focus between unrelated projects quickly.

  • Proficiency with visual content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and content distribution strategies.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
