Overview

Solmax, the global leader in geosynthetics solutions, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst .

This role plays a vital part in driving commercial excellence by supporting the analysis of sales strategies, pricing processes, and operational system . As a key member of the regional team , you will collaborate closely with sales leaderships and cross functional stakeholders to enhance revenue generation, pricing effectiveness, and overall sales performance.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple facets of sales operations, pricing analysis and business performance management, while contributing directly to the achievement of Solmax’s growth objective across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update pricing models and price lists on a quarterly basis

  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, to recommend pricing strategies and proposals

  • Collaborate with the sales team daily basis to evaluate special pricing requests and ensure target margins are achieved

  • Prepare reports analyzing sales performance , price realization, and margin impact across regions and product categories

  • Support forecasting and budgeting by analyzing historical sales data and pricing trends

  • Maintain accurate pricing and customer data in the CRM system , including products details and pricing tiers

  • Coordinate with sales teams to update project pipeline and quotation in CRM system , ensuring data accuracy and completeness

  • Contribute to cross functional projects such as sales effectiveness program , sales conferences, and customer satisfaction surveys

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business , Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field

  • Minimum 3+ years in experience in pricing analysis, sales operations or business analytical preferably in a manufacturing or B2B sales environment

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data , identify trends ,and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (advance functions, pivot tables) and familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g. Sales force, JD Edwards ERP , MS Dynamics 365) for pricing and sales data management

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional and regional teams

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Experience within the construction materials or industry products will be considered an asset
