At Solmax International, we are committed to continuously enhancing our service to our customers. We understand that delays may happen when picking up geomembranes shipped from Canada to Europe due to unexpected changes in the end user’s or the general contractor’s schedules. Tight deliveries and potential extra charges at the port of destination may create frustrations and site management problems.
Solmax International is pleased to inform you that all European customers will now benefit from a 7 day grace period free of charge for on-site deliveries (DDP). All fees due to merchandise pick up delays will be covered by Solmax for up to 7 days for deliveries transiting via Liverpool, South Hampton, Anvers, le Havre and Hamburg port.
Solmax International will continue to provide a precise date of arrival in order to properly manage all your orders.
Solmax strives to create and maintain a collaborative relationship with its clients and, if for some reason, you anticipate going beyond the 7 day grace period, we invite you to contact our Customer Service and Logistics Director, Louise Matteau, to discuss potential arrangements. Solmax International will do all it can to find a solution that is mutually acceptable.
We are proud of this announcement and of our constant efforts to provide improved service and hope that all of your employees and/or colleagues will be made aware of this new policy so that your organization may fully benefit from it.
Please contact your customer service representative should you have questions or comments.
