SOLMAX - LG XPROgeo SERIES

Since 2008, Solmax offers the serie LG XPRO, specialty geomembranes, which answers the technical requirements in applications, mainly in some industrial and in the petrochemical sectors, where PE and PVC may not be the appropriate choice.

Products characteristics:
• They are made out of a PVC compound containing plasticizers based of Ethylene and Elvaloy (EIA);
• They are reinforced with a polyester screen for enhanced mechanical properties;
• Recommended for long exposure to high temperatures, hydrocarbons & UV rays;
• Preferred where PE seems not appropriate for reasons of chemical compatibility or mechanical resistance.

LG XPRO GEOMEMBRANES ARE MAINLY THREE PRODUCTS:

301E                                                                                                                            Spec sheet

- Excellent chemicals resistance for extreme containment applications - Superior UV stability allowing use in exterior environmental covers and tanks - Used also for secondary containment in petrochemical applications (hot slop and tank storage…) - As reported by independent professional laboratories, it has stronger mechanical resistance (strength at break, tear resistance and puncture resistance) compared to all its competitors.

301PE                                                                                                                         Spec sheet

- Enhanced version of the 301E, with the addition of a urethane coating  - Liner can even be used as a primary containment for high temperature liquid or sludge containment or for highly contaminant chemical solutions - Excellent chemical resistance for applications requiring primary contact with gasoline

 
281 CE                                                                                                                        Spec sheet

- Not as strong as the 301E or 301PE - Offers an interesting intermediate solution for secondary containment for hydrocarbon storage   tanks at a less expensive price - Ideally suited for bermliner applications
