Position overview
Support APAC sales strategies and the sale of specific products with focus in ANZ and as requested
Key responsibilities
To explore, identify and promote Solmax’s value-added products (VAP) to company’s customers, engineers and consultants, developers and operators.
Influent the product specifications for projects in early stages, work closely with engineers and client on technical recommendations that benefiting company’s business
To develop and manage long-term project pipelines, manage key strategic accounts to promote the specifications of Solmax’s products.
To provide and coordinate technical support in relevant to company products and services to company’s sales team and external customers. This includes assist in responding to internal and external requests in a written and/or verbal form in a professional manner.
To prepare and deliver technical presentations to Solmax’s sales team, external designers, engineers, and users of Solmax’s products, related projects and services in ANZ and other countries in APAC as needed.
To initiate the publishing and presentations of products specific technical papers or equivalent in seminars and conferences as part of contributions to increase the company’s exposure.
Participate in industry forms, which directly relate to Solmax’s products and role in the geosynthetic industry. Increase the company’s contact networks of customers & engineers.
Maintain awareness of industry developments that may affect product sales and/or may provide new market applications and opportunities for the company.
Qualifications and Skills
Must hold a bachelor’s degree or advanced educational studies in Civil or Geotechnical engineering, Chemical or Environmental engineering or equivalent disciplines.
Capable of defining and resolving problems in dealing with internal and external customers.
Good command in English include reading, writing and speaking.
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment with multi-tasking job responsibilities, and work independently.
Ability to think innovatively and propose environmentally sustainable solutions that align with business goals.
